Password Reset Instruction

(For GSN users with either a currently Active GSN account or a GSN account which has been placed in a Suspended User Status)

Use these self support steps for resetting your GSN Password. 

Please follow these instructions before contacting your regional support personnel. 

1. Go to the GSN Logon page.

2. Click on the link "If you have forgotten your GSN password you can use the Password Reset page" or go directly to:
http://gsnstage.xrxgsn.com/admin/user/pswdreset.ihtml

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Once the password has been reset, if you use GSNLock, you must do the following:

Go to GSNLock.
Click on the icon to the right of the GSN ID logon box.
Select CHANGE PASSWORD/REAUTHORIZE A USER.
At the end of the GSNLock renewal process, change the password.

5. After you have reset your password, please use the link below to update your GSN password hint and response.

The program direction encourages all users to use the self support process within GSN for password hints and self engaged password resets as your first option.

Escalations to your local or regional support groups should be your next steps if you need assistance. GSN Users, who have been informed that their GSN accounts are in a "Suspended"User Status, should direct all requests for assistance only to GSN User Administration - GSN.User.Administration@Xerox.com
